After the purchase of softwares, all customers also get prioritized technical support. Note that products is not covered by a money-back guarantee. All refunds are made at manager’s discretion. If downloadable version of software doesn’t work for you, and we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund the product price, but require you to sign software destruction agreement.
